Northeast Jury Research (NJR) is dedicated to assisting attorneys in understanding juror opinions and attitudes about their cases. NJR recruits participants and conducts focus groups and surveys to gauge juror responses to actual cases through a process that includes exploration of attitudes, presentation of evidence, debriefing focus group participants and juror deliberations.
Following the focus groups, NJR assimilates the data acquired and uses that data to develop strategies to refine and improve the case for trial.
Focus Group Participants
We invite all interested persons to apply, as we attempt to create focus group panels that are representative of jury pools in the venue where the case will be tried.
We are conducting all focus groups via Zoom conferences at present, all participants will need reliable internet access and a computer, tablet or phone that enables you to access Zoom. All participants are paid for their time after completing their work in the focus group. Payments are made via an online fund sharing application, such as Venmo, so participants must have an account and ability to receive online payment.
